Oilfield Production Equipment
Oilfield Anything manufactors, designs and delivers all types of oilfield production equipment. From separators, pump jacks, jet pumps, treaters and more we've got a solution for you. Below are some pictures of some of our oilfield production equipment that we've manufactored and sold.

2 Phase Separator

A two 2 phase oilfield separator separates the well fluids into gas and total liquid. Two 2 phase separators can be either horizontal or vertical in position. Once the oil and other fluids have been separated the oil will leave the vessel at the bottom through a l dump valve that is controlled by the level controller. The gas which has now been separated and rises to the top, leaves through the top and is passed through a meter run for measurement purposes.

3 Phase Separator

A three 3 phase separator separates all of the well fluids into gas and oil & water. Like the two 2 phase separator the three 3 phase separator can be either horizontal or vertical in position. The three 3 phase separator is also commonly referred to as a free water knockout (fwko) separator because it’s primary purpose is to remove any free water from the three 3 or two 2 phase separator in an attempt to prevent any kind of formation of hydrates, corrosion or other problems that are difficult and costly to repair.

The water and oil will leave the bottom of the three 3 or two 2 phase separator in the bottom of the vessel through different valves. Both the three 3 and two 2 phase separator’s have the gas leave through the top via a mist extractor.

Treaters

An oilfield treater is used to treat oil and water emulsions so that they can be accepted by transport or a pipline. Oilfield treaters use multiple different methods of reducing or eliminating emulsions such as heat, gravity segregation, electric current or chemical additives to break and reduce the emulsions in the oilfield treater.
